Antonio is originally from Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia. As a youth, he was a standout player for his soccer club in Virginia |
| He graduated high school at the age of 16, and moved to Germany at 17. There he worked to develop as an amateur youth soccer player in clubs such as Rieschweiller, Sport Verein, and Football Klub of Pirmasens. As a result of playing in Germany for two years, he is now fluent in the German language. |
